How to Add More Time
If you’d like to book for more than an hour, simply select your starting time, then click “Add a Time...” to add the extra time you need.
How to Add Participants
First, select your preferred time under “Choose Appointment,” then click “Continue” to go to the "Your Information" page. Here, under “Number of people?” you can choose the number of participants. If you require a higher number than listed, please email us.
Don’t worry about the time selection—we’ll ensure enough time is reserved for you based on your chosen project.
If possible, we kindly ask you to arrive 15 minutes early to select your preferred style and materials.
Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing SONG Art & Craft. Please review our refund policy to ensure a smooth booking experience:
Deposits:
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
Cancellations:
If you cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled session, your deposit will be fully refunded.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your session, the deposit will not be refunded. However, you may reschedule for a future date without an additional deposit, subject to availability.
No-Shows:
In case of a no-show without prior notice, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
