Booking Information
If you need to reschedule your booking, you can do so directly on our website up to 48 hours before your scheduled session. For any rescheduling requests within 48 hours due to unforeseen circumstances, please email us first before calling. This helps us keep track of your request, as we may be assisting in-person visitors and might not always be able to answer calls right away.
If we take your call but your booking hasn’t been adjusted, please send us an email to confirm. This ensures we have the correct details, as we may not have been able to locate your information immediately and want to avoid rescheduling the wrong booking. We appreciate your understanding!
